Antoine, a daughter of a Marquis and formerly Japanese, has been reincarnated into the world of an otome game.
However, she isn't the heroine. She’s a mob character. In fact, she’s likely such an insignificant background character that it wouldn't matter if she existed or not.
In short, she has absolutely nothing to do with the game's plot. She could get involved, but she has zero desire to do so.
But! There is one major caveat!
This is an otome game reincarnation.
She must go and observe the events from a safe distance...! She absolutely has to see them with her own eyes!

In Japanese culture, 42°C is the standard "nice hot bath" temperature. By calling her passion "bath-temperature" her passion is actually quite relaxed and mundane—just like shopping for vegetables. Most of the joke would be in this kind, there might be lots of note at the end to explain the joke.
